Meherpur Sadar Upazila is situated between 2304 North latitude, 230 52 North North latitude and 6024 East longitude and 60-46 East longitude. Meherpur Sadar. It is bounded on the north by Gangni Upazila and India, on the south by Mujibnagar Upazila, on the east by Gangni Upazila and Chuadanga District, and on the west by India.

Meherpur Sadar Upazila is one of the small upazilas of Meherpur district in Bangladesh. Many wise people live here. Most of the people of this upazila still need to improve their living standards. Meherpur Sadar Upazila will play a leading role in expediting the delivery of public and private services to the doorsteps of the people through maximum use of information technology.
